Frequent updates and progress reports via email at least weekly.
Weekly "part hours" availability by telephone for any questions or concerns that may come up in between weekly e-mail updates.

Add-Ons to basic packages above include:

$299.00/ea. per month for each account not connected inside QuickBooks (Transmission data entry and arrangement / no guest access established).
$150.00/ea. per calendar month for each additional account to a higher place the ii (2) minimum (Depository financial institution feeds activated / invitee access established).
$150.00/ea. pay period for transmission entry of payroll entries for outside payroll vendors (ex. Apex, ADP, etc.).
$150.00/ea. pecker for Accounts Payable entry tasks (creating bills, scheduling payments, running related reports, etc. Just NO PROCESSING PAYMENTS OR Press CHECKS).

Requirements and Exclusions - these include only are not limited to the following:

Pre-payment of 1/2 of fees for periods of 6 months or longer is due before piece of work starts, with the residual due at the 2nd half of the engagement before work resumes.
Pre-payment of 100% of fees for periods less than half-dozen months is due before work starts.
Subscription Services WILL Require an agreement to permit set-upwardly of Recurring Payments to exist processed by the 5th of each month through earlier work starts (Recurring payments for other packages are offered as a courtesy).
Improver fees will be billed monthly as needed or as incurred and are due and payable upon receipt.
Client is to ensure timely delivery (by the 10th of each month at latest) of all needed source documents and provide guest access to all platforms needed to provide the services needed as per our written understanding.
As I am not a CPA, Accountant, or tax preparer, Client agrees that the CPA, Accountant, or Tax Preparer will take the final give-and-take and will exist deemed the terminal authorization on any / all data entered into Customer'due south fiscal records.
Client is responsible for adopting sound accounting principles and ensuring adequate internal controls are in place equally well as abiding by all applicable city, canton, state, and federal laws equally necessary.
NO WORK Will Commence WITHOUT SIGNED AGREEMENT BY BOTH PARTIES.
